Nourished in the Chaos
$55.00

How do you actually eat well when life is full?

If you're constantly feeding everyone else, running from work to kids' activities, piecing together dinner at 7pm, and wondering why taking care of yourself always seems to come last—this is for you.

Join me and Jenny Giese, owner of Fruitful Beginnings at the Fruitful Beginnings Greenhouse for a conversation about making nourishing yourself easier, more realistic, and more sustainable—even when your calendar is packed.

We'll talk about how to:

You'll leave with practical ideas for keeping nourishing food on hand, making better choices when you're short on time, navigating busy evenings and activities, and taking care of your own needs while still taking care of everyone else.

The goal isn't to add another thing to your already-full plate. It's to make nourishing yourself easier, so you can have the energy, strength, focus, and confidence to show up as the woman you want to be.

Taking the 'Doh out of Sourdough
$59.00

Have you always wanted to try making sourdough but felt overwhelmed? This fun, hands-on workshop takes the mystery out of the sourdough process and shows you how to bake amazing bread with a simple, real-life method. Mix your own dough, learn how to care for a starter, and go home with: one loaf of dough to bake the next day, your own starter, and clear, step-by-step instructions to keep baking at home.

What to bring:

  • Large mixing bowl

  • Tea towel/kitchen towel

  • Spatula

  • Kitchen scale (if you have one)

Note: For best results, sourdough is typically baked in a Dutch oven. The instructor will share alternative baking options during the workshop, but if you’ve been thinking about getting (or borrowing) one, now’s a great time! A minimum 4–5 qt size is ideal.

Children ages 14 years or older may enroll with an enrolled adult.

The class duration may vary slightly based on group size and discussion, please allow for a little extra time at the end.

Beyond the 'Doh...Next Level Loaves

Enjoy live demos and plenty of samples so you can leave ready to confidently experiment at home. (Prerequisite: Taking the "Doh!" out of Sourdough or comfort baking a basic loaf).
